Role Overview

HubSpot CMS & CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain

  custom HubSpot CMS Hub themes, modules, landing pages, and templates

  using HubL, HTML5, CSS3 (Tailwind/SCSS), and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Build and manage

  HubSpot CRM pipelines

  , custom properties, and workflow automation for lead nurturing, deal tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Integrate HubSpot CRM with external platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, Pabbly, Zapier, Make, REST APIs).
  
• Configure

  HubDB and dynamic personalization

  based on CRM data and smart content rules.
• Implement

  workflow-driven automations

  for form submissions, email sequences, ticket creation, and deal triggers.
• Create dashboards and reports by connecting CMS-CRM data flows for marketing and sales teams.
  
• Work on

  multi-language, multi-domain HubSpot portals

  , optimizing for SEO, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with design teams to translate Figma/Adobe XD wireframes into pixel-perfect HubSpot components.
  
• Maintain version-controlled repositories and contribute to internal component libraries.
  

Technical Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in

  HubSpot CMS Hub, HubSpot CRM, HubDB, HubL, and HubSpot Design Tools

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  HubSpot workflows, custom properties, lists, email sequences, and automation logic

  .
• Expertise in

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, JSON, AJAX

  , and API integrations.
• Familiarity with

  HubSpot API, Webhooks, OAuth, and serverless functions

  for advanced integrations.
• Knowledge of

  ReactJS / Next.js / Vue.js

• Understanding of
