Job Description

Role Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations at the hub, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics.
Manage large-scale manpower, including supervisors, delivery associates, and support staff.
Monitor load planning, shipment sorting, dispatch, and last-mile delivery performance.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and legal requirements.
Optimize resource utilization to meet productivity and cost targets.
Handle escalation management for operational issues and coordinate with regional/central teams.
Maintain MIS reports, KPIs, and dashboards for hub performance tracking.
Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and customer service levels.
Manage vendor and partner relationships (transporters, third-party logistics providers).

Skills & Requirements:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent knowledge of hub operations, supply chain processes, and last-mile delivery.
Proficiency in using logistics management systems and MS Excel.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
