HR Recruiter

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the recruitment process, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for finding and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Source and screen candidates using databases, social media, and networking.
• Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist in negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
