HR Recruiter Intern

Internship Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. This role is an excellent opportunity to learn practical HR practices in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for various roles.

 Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.

 Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

 Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media.

 Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.

 Support day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, and documentation.

 Coordinate with teams for smooth communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

 Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.

 Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
