Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is perfect for a fresher or a professional with up to 1 year of experience who is eager to build a career in recruitment and human resources. You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, helping us attract, assess, and onboard the best talent.

Skills

Interview scheduling & coordination
Knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Resume screening & shortlisting
Strong verbal and written communication
Interpersonal & relationship-building skills
Time management and multitasking
Attention to detail
Problem-solving attitude
Ability to work in a team

Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and panel members.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
Assist in onboarding new hires and coordinating induction programs.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
