HR Operations Executive

You are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator cum Admin to support HR and administrative functions at Bhuta Shah Ca Firm in Mumbai. In this role, you will ensure smooth HR operations, compliance with policies, and efficient day-to-day administrative management. Your strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment will be crucial. Your responsibilities will include assisting in end-to-end employee lifecycle management, maintaining employee records and HR databases accurately, handling employee queries, assisting in recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and preparing HR reports and MIS. Additionally, you will oversee office administration, manage front desk operations, coordinate travel and events, support management in drafting official documents, and ensure smooth office operations. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 13 years of experience in HR operations and office administration. Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance is essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality are required.
