Job Description

Key duties & Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Develop job descriptions in coordination with department heads.
  • Source candidates through job portals, consultants, and referrals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment – screening, interviews, offer rollout.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.

2. Employee Onboarding & Orientation

  • Design and implement onboarding programs.
  • Ensure proper documentation, background verification, and orientation sessions.
  • Assign mentors/buddies for new joiners.

3. Performance Management

  • Work hand in hand with HODs to ensure KPIs & KRAs are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop & Implement performance appraisal systems.

· Facilitate monthly, quarterly & yearly appraisals & feedback mechanisms.

  • Facilitate Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) when necessary.

4. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs across departments.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain records.

5. Policy Formulation & Implementation

  • Draft HR policies aligned with company culture and compliance.
  • Ensure policies are communicated and followed across the organization.
  • Update policies based on labour law or business needs.

6. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Plan team-building activities and events.
  • Handle disciplinary procedures, employee grievances & conflict resolution with sensitivity and fairness & in line with legal frameworks.
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.

7. Attendance, Leave & Payroll processing

  • Monitor attendance and leave records.
  • Perform payroll processing & coordinate with Accounts for monthly salary disbursal

8. HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records & compliance documentation.

· Ensure all HR activities comply with applicable labour laws, ESIC, EPF, LWF, Gratuity & other statutory requirements.

  • Handle audits, inspections, and documentation for HR-related matters.

9. HR systems & Technology

· Implement & manage HR information systems for employee data, leave, payroll & analytics.

· Use data & analytics to support strategic decisions & improve HR process.

9. Exit Management

  • Conduct exit interviews to understand employee concerns.
  • Ensure full and final settlements.
  • Process resignations, clearances, and handovers properly.

10. Strategic HR Planning

  • Forecast manpower needs in consultation with the Management & Department Heads in alignment with business growth.
  • Design & roll out HR policies, frameworks & standard operating procedures.
  • Contribute to organization structure design and workforce planning.
  • Participate in leadership planning and succession strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
