HR Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
  
• Drive smooth induction programs for new joiners.
  

• Employee Engagement & Relations

• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster motivation and retention.
  
• Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns in a timely manner.
  
• Support in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  

• Performance Management

• Assist in implementing the performance management system and ensure timely completion of appraisals.
  
• Work with managers to track performance improvement plans and career development initiatives.
  

• HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HRMS data.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
  
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
  

• Policy & Process Implementation

• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  
• Ensure employees are aware and compliant with company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 36 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
