Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Calicut
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹6,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Key Responsibilities:● Assist in recruitment: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews.● Support onboarding & induction: documentation, employee orientation, welcome kits.● Maintain HR records: attendance, leaves, employee files, HRMS data.● Assist in payroll inputs (attendance/leave data collation).● Support employee engagement activities: events, surveys, celebrations.● Help organize training & development sessions.● Draft and circulate HR communications & notices.● Assist in HR analytics & reporting (headcount, attrition, recruitment status).Key Skills Required:● Good verbal and written communication skills● Professional and presentable demeanor● Adaptability and willingness to learn● Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace preferred)● Time management and multitasking abilities Eligibility Criteria:● Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources or related fields
● Available to work full-time for the duration of 3 months
