HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various functions of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Help with HR compliance and administrative tasks.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting jobs on various platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
