Job Description

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals to join our team as Human Resource Interns.

Internship Details:

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
Duration: 3 months
Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the HR team and assist Senior HRs in recruitment.
Sourcing candidates from different portals, databases, and network.
Posting jobs in different social platforms.
Screening resumes of candidates.
Understanding candidate profiles and collecting basic information of the candidates over telephonic interview.
Schedule interviews and confirms applicant’s availability.

Required Skills:

MBA/PGDM in HR/Any Graduate
Must have excellent English Communication and writing skills.
Hands on experience with MS Office.
