Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding:
Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
Manage employee onboarding and induction programs.
HR Operations:
Maintain employee records and HR database.
Prepare HR letters such as offer letter, appointment letter, experience letter, etc.
Manage attendance and leave tracking systems.
Payroll & Compliance:
Assist in monthly payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Maintain and submit necessary reports and documentation.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Conduct regular feedback surveys and resolve employee grievances.
Performance Management:
Assist in the performance appraisal process.
Coordinate with managers for goal setting and evaluation.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs in consultation with department heads.
Coordinate and track internal/external training sessions.
Policy Implementation:
Ensure HR policies are followed across departments.
Assist in drafting and updating company HR policies.
Exit Formalities:
Conduct exit interviews.
Manage full and final settlement process.
