HR Executive

We are hiring an HR Executive with strong knowledge in talent acquisition and employee management. The ideal candidate should have an MBA, good proficiency in Hindi, and at least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• MBA qualification
• Proficiency in Hindi
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Drive employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures
