About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR Executive (Fresher) to support our academy’s daily HR and administrative functions. You will work closely with trainers, members, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews.
Manage staff attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR documentation.Support employee onboarding, induction, and training coordination.Maintain employee records and update HR databases.Handle day-to-day HR queries and maintain a positive work environment.Assist in preparing HR reports and payroll inputs.Coordinate with management for schedules, communication, and member-related support.Support academy events, promotions, and member engagement activities.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR/Management preferred but not necessary).
Good communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of HR tasks (training will be provided).Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.Willingness to work in a fast-paced fitness academy environment.
