Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing data, generating reports, creating visualizations, and analyzing the workforce data. Your role will involve collaborating with the human resources team to provide data-driven insights across various HR functions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with HR team members and business partners to understand and address business needs, make recommendations, and deliver data. - Collect, compile, and integrate datasets from multiple sources and HR information systems. - Develop both standard and ad hoc reports to support decision-making processes. - Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of reports by collaborating with the team. - Analyze data to identify insights, trends, and patterns that can guide business decisions. - Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to leadership. - Work closely with IT teams to integrate data from various HR systems and the data warehouse. - Manage client requests proactively, resolve issues promptly, and escalate when necessary. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - 2-3 years of professional experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related field from an accredited program are required. - Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when handling highly confidential people and organizational data. - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience. - Experience in developing data visualizations that effectively communicate information. - Familiarity with building secure data models for role-based access control. - Proficiency in using Power BI (DAX & Power Query) for data collection, transformation, modeling, visualization, and sharing. - Preferred experience in writing Microsoft SQL queries. - Strong proficiency in MS Excel. - Ability to select and integrate complex data sets effectively. - Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
