HR Consultant

Job Description: As a Human Resources Business Partner at Oracle, your role involves partnering with business units/divisions to deliver Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs. You will work closely with the business to ensure a complete understanding of their needs and objectives, resolving HR issues as they arise. Your responsibilities will include managing complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations in line with corporate ethics and values, and recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to drive continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and HR development within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with the business to understand their needs and objectives, resolving HR issues effectively - Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations aligned with corporate ethics - Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to drive continual improvements in business objectives and productivity - Lead and support special projects to drive business success - Create and provide reports on various aspects of Oracle's employee lifecycles to support data-driven decision-making - Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners - Develop collateral materials for HR initiatives - Perform any other duties as assigned Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in HR business partnering or a related role - Strong understanding of corporate ethics and values - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - Proven track record of managing complex employee relations issues - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred),
