Role Description

We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to manage daily HR operations and office administration. This role involves supporting hiring, attendance & timesheet tracking, monitoring progress, employee records, and general office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with hiring (job postings, shortlisting, interview scheduling).
• Maintain attendance & leave records.
• Verify and update daily timesheets.
• Handle employee documentation and onboarding.
• Manage office admin tasks.

Requirements:

• Graduate in

  B.Com, BMS, BBA, or equivalent discipline

  .
• 2-3 years of experience in HR roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal) and interpersonal ability.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Remuneration

3-4.2 LPA (Depending on experience)
