Job Description

Designation- HR Analytics

Experience- 1-3 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Partner with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits and other cross-functional stakeholders of different verticals to understand and deliver on their data needs.
Design and implement report administration framework, develop self-service HR dashboards that will improve organizational abilities to plan for future talent needs
Compile the HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the HR & TA Dashboards, hiring trends, various engagement surveys, onboarding feedback, exit interviews,
Carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis from data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
Identify and recommend reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance.
Facilitate implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives. Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Making and checking of incentive provision file for respective business.
Responsible for making and checking incentive paid files for respective business.
Handle incentive help desk and take care of employees queries.
Responsible to making and checking PIP files based on incentive files for respective business.
Design and implement HR Analytics models to capture right data from various functions of HR i.e. TA, Engagement and Ops.

Requirements and skills:

Experienced in Excel and analytics.
Knowledge of Power Bi/ tableau would be an addition.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with office management procedures.
