Job Description

As an HR & Admin Executive at ProAssert, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of HR and administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling the Recruitment Process. - Managing joining and relieving formalities. - Updating the HR/ Employee database management. - Managing Employee Attendance, leave management, and records. - Performing Office Maintenance and Admin related duties. - Coordinating and assisting the accounts team in managing administrative and Petty cash expenses. - Supporting the Project Management Team in filing projects and maintaining records. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Flair for research. - Analytical frame of mind. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Proficiency in impeccable English. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Excellent computer skills including MS Office and Internet applications. - Self-confidence, integrity, willingness to learn, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach. - Strong academic credentials.
