Job Description

You will be responsible for various tasks related to front desk duties, administrative support, and travel desk responsibilities. In your role as a front desk staff member, you will be expected to greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner. You will also handle phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Additionally, you will manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages while ensuring security protocols are followed. For administrative support, you will provide general assistance such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office supplies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation, as well as assisting with data entry and managing filing systems. Furthermore, you will support various departments with administrative tasks as required. Handling travel desk responsibilities will be another aspect of your role, where you will take care of domestic and international travel arrangements within the specified budget and policy. This will involve coordinating travel arrangements for employees, booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation, and preparing and managing travel itineraries. You will also assist employees with travel-related inquiries and ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations. To qualify for this position, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education in administration or related fields being a plus. You should have 1-3 years of experience in front desk, administrative roles, and travel desk, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are also required. A customer service-oriented approach with a positive attitude is essential. Preferred skills include experience with travel booking systems, knowledge of office management systems and procedures, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
