Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Support Engineer Intern at Future18 Digital located in Vasai. As a Support Engineer Intern, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical and customer support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our hosting services. Your day-to-day tasks will involve resolving customer inquiries, assisting with operating systems, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Customer Support and Customer Service
• Attending Support Tickets/Requests
• Remote Server Management
• Managing Client Side Google Workplace, Office 365 accounts
• Managing AWS, Google Cloud, Azure Servers
• Managing Hosted Servers (Shell)

Requirements and skills

• BSc, Computer Science, or relevant field
• Good time-management skills
• Up-to-date knowledge about ongoing technologies
• Proven experience with Shell (Linux OS)
• Basic knowledge of web applications (PHP, Node, Python, Django, Golan, etc..)
• Basic knowledge of MySQL/MongoDB/NoSQL/Postgres and Supabase
• Good Communication Skills (Written/Vocal)
• Basic knowledge of building object oriented web applications
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
