We are looking for skilled and certified Home Health Medical Coders to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should be BCHH-C certified with prior experience in Home Health coding and a passion for accuracy and compliance.
Review and analyze home health medical records.
Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on documentation.
Ensure compliance with federal regulations and coding guidelines.
Maintain coding accuracy and productivity standards.
Collaborate with QA and audit teams for continuous improvement.
Certification: BCHH-C (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant Home Health coding experience.
Education: Life Science Graduate / Any Graduate.
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM guidelines and CMS regulations.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
