Job Description

Hi All,

Lead QA Automation Engineer

Total Exp-7 to 13 years

Skill- Lead exp 3+ years/Tech Skills- Selenium+Java+API testing

Position- QA Automation Lead

Work Location- Bangalore

Notice Period- Immediate to 15 days (Serving notice)

Role & responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, driving best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
Design, develop, and maintain
automation frameworks
using
Java + Selenium WebDriver
.
Automate
UI, API, and regression test cases
across different product modules.
Perform
RESTful API testing
using tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
Integrate automated tests into
CI/CD pipelines
(Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions).
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to define acceptance criteria.
Conduct
code reviews
, ensure adherence to automation standards, and maintain test documentation.
Identify quality gaps, perform root-cause analysis, and continuously improve test processes.
Contribute to test strategy, planning, and release readiness activities.

Preferred candidate profile

3+ years of experience with Leading the team

Strong experience with Automation Testing using Selenium and Java

Strong experience on API testing
