HR Intern (6 Months, PPO Opportunity)

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR function across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is a 6-month full-time internship with a strong possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal referrals
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers
• Coordinate assessments, interviews, and feedback follow-ups
• Support end-to-end onboarding: documentation, induction schedules, welcome emails, and system access
2. HR Operations & Documentation
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (spreadsheets/HRMS)
• Assist in preparing HR letters (offer, internship, confirmation, etc.)
• Support attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR reports/MIS
• Help in maintaining compliance-related documentation as guided by the HR Team
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
• Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, contests, celebrations, and team events
• Support internal communication – emails, announcements, and HR updates
• Collect feedback from employees and help drive small improvements in processes
4. Learning & Projects
• Support HR in rolling out new policies and HR initiatives
• Work on small HR projects (e.g., creating trackers, process documents, survey analysis)
• Learn and contribute to improving onboarding, recruitment, and HR processes
Who Can Apply
• Graduate / Postgraduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA/PGDM in HR or related field – preferred)
• Available for a full-time 6-month internship
• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Sheets, Docs, and basic Excel
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to take ownership
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
