Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Improve product availability/in-stock on platform while balancing the cost aspects of inventory and logistics. This would involve.
Prepare business cases for new charters to improve product availability while improving inventory efficiency; and aligning leadership for the same
Implement such charters by driving initiatives with various stakeholders in Growth, Category, Merchandising and Supply Chain
Work closely with Growth and Category teams to run the S&OP process to finalize the demand and supply plans
Design and executing inventory policies, norms to streamline tactical processes of inventory deployment
Design the right metrics/ dashboards to bring visibility and continuously improve deployment performance
Define scalable automation solutions to help manage day-to-day planning processes
Work closely with tech/product teams to translate these automation solutions into long term fixes
