  • Responsibilities

    Get the sale using various customer sales methods (cold calling, presentations etc).
  • Should be comfortable doing individual as well as team targets and Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
  • Meet personal sales targets.
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads. Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data. Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory Requirements
  • Proven sales experience of 3 to 5 years.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • amiliarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Should be competent with using tech.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven.
