Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct background verification checks on candidates through various sources such as employment history, education, criminal records, and other relevant databases.
  • Review and verify candidate documents including passports, visas, work permits, and other identification papers.
  • Perform thorough screenings using tools like BGV (Background Verification) software to ensure accuracy of data collection.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues during the background verification process.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding sensitive client information.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in background screening or related field.
  • Strong understanding of employee verification processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in using BGV software for efficient data collection.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
