Job Description

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
Strong programming experience in
Python
(NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
Solid experience in
machine learning, NLP, and deep learning frameworks
.
Hands-on expertise in
LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, RAG frameworks)
.
Knowledge of
vector databases
(Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) for semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation.
Experience with
cloud AI services
(AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML).
Strong skills in
SQL and data visualization tools
(Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Familiarity with
MLOps and model lifecycle management
.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Good to Have (Preferred):

Experience with
multi-modal LLMs
(text + image, text + speech).
Understanding of
Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF)
.
Contributions to open-source NLP/LLM projects.
Prior experience in
financial services, healthcare, or e-commerce domain
is a plus.
