shall generate a ticket mentioning type of problem, Severity level etc. using helpdesk tool and forward the same to concerned team/person, Project incharge and user. Correctly logging incidents and faults, categorizing and prioritizing them in line with team procedures Maintain and develop own knowledge and skills to assist with first time fault resolution Sharing knowledge with team colleagues Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams
