Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role situated in Itanagar for a Help Desk Executive. The Help Desk Executive will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Daily tasks will involve handling support tickets, guiding users through problem-solving processes, maintaining documentation of issues and solutions, and collaborating with other IT staff to improve service efficiency.

Qualifications

• Technical support and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to maintain documentation of issues and solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with various hardware and software systems
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the IT support field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
