Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1/2 technical support for macOS, Windows 10/11, and mobile devices (iOS, Android).Support Microsoft Office 365 applications and basic administration.Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.Accurately triage, categorize, prioritize, and document tickets with detailed notes.Escalate issues appropriately and follow up to ensure timely resolution.Provide remote support via RDP, Bomgar, or similar tools.Support basic printer troubleshooting (Zebra, HP, Canon, Konica).Maintain high-quality service delivery under high ticket/call volumes.
