As the Head of UI/UX at Anchanto, your role is crucial in leading the design vision and strategy to ensure world-class user experiences across B2B SaaS logistics solutions. Your responsibilities span strategic direction, team leadership, and operational excellence to deliver innovative, customer-centric products. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will be required to define and implement the UX vision aligned with business goals and product roadmaps. You will simplify supply chain challenges into intuitive design solutions and champion user-centered design across the organization. Leveraging trends in AI, ML, and design technologies will be essential to drive innovation and establish UX KPIs to measure design impact. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop a design strategy aligned with business goals and product roadmaps. - Simplify supply chain challenges into intuitive design solutions. - Champion user-centered design across the organization. - Leverage trends in AI, ML, and design technologies for innovation. - Establish UX KPIs to measure design impact. **Qualifications Required:** - 12+ years" experience in UI/UX design for global, digital-first companies. - Exceptional portfolio showcasing design and storytelling. - Expertise in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma. - Proficiency in prototyping (Keynote, Flinto, Principle, Sketch). - Understanding of front-end technologies (CSS/HTML, JavaScript, frameworks). - Strong research skills to turn insights into elegant customer experiences. - Track record of solving large-scale problems with intuitive design. - Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. In addition to the above, you will be required to lead a team of UI/UX designers and researchers, foster a collaborative design culture, manage the end-to-end design lifecycle, collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams, design for varied user contexts, simplify multi-stakeholder processes, and continuously measure and improve designs for performance and usability. If you possess a Bachelor's or Master's in Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, Service Design, Information Architecture, HCI, Human Factors, or equivalent portfolio-based experience, are self-motivated, collaborative, driven by group critique, and have a proven ability to bring clarity to complex problems for diverse stakeholders, you are the ideal candidate for this role.,
