Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Head of Software Engineering to lead our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, with 15-20 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development of high-quality software applications using various technologies and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Design and implement scalable and efficient software architectures.
Mentor and guide junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices.
Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with cloud-based technologies and containerization.
Educational qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech degree.
