As the Head Sales & Client Servicing at our esteemed company, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with guests, clients, and the community. Your primary responsibility will involve leading the sales and business development activities by engaging with potential clients interested in booking our venue for their events. You will represent the company at various promotional events to attract new business opportunities and enhance our brand presence. Collaborating closely with the Managing Director, you will devise and execute annual sales business plans to drive revenue growth and maximize venue sales. Your strategic input will be vital in determining sales strategies across different market segments. In addition to setting ambitious sales targets, you will establish and nurture strong networks with corporate clients, event managers, and booking services. By staying abreast of market trends and competitor activities, you will adapt sales targets accordingly to capitalize on emerging opportunities. Your role will also involve acquiring new clients, managing databases, negotiating costs, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and personalized service. You will be responsible for preparing sales reports, participating in business reviews, and coordinating client visits at the stadium. Furthermore, as the single point of contact for clients, you will oversee all communications and ensure seamless execution of events by liaising with internal departments and legal teams. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and dedication to client success will be instrumental in achieving our event objectives and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
