Role Overview: You will lead and manage lighting projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include overseeing timelines, budgets, quality control, and team performance to ensure the smooth delivery of every project meeting high standards. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, monitor, and complete projects on time and within budget. - Track progress, set goals, and maintain high-quality standards. - Manage and guide a team of 23 members. - Communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide regular updates. - Ensure excellent service and handle any project-related concerns professionally. Qualification Required: - 5-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in lighting, furniture, architecture, or interiors. - Experience in managing small teams. - Good working knowledge of MS Excel. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to handle deadlines, budgets, and multiple projects.,
