Job Description

Requirements:
12+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in E-commerce / Quick Commerce.
Proven expertise in first mile, mid mile, last mile, supply chain management, and inventory planning.
Demonstrated success in managing P&L, with a track record of driving both operational excellence and profitability.
Experience in manpower planning and performance metrics design/implementation.
Strong focus on customer experience and retention strategies.
Proven ability to scale multi-location operations and lead large, diverse teams.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000,000.00 - ₹10,000,000.00 per year
