We are looking for someone in a Business Development role to drive growth and streamline operations at our agency. The role combines business development activities with operational support, requiring someone who nurture leads, client relationships, monitor team performance, and handle administrative processes efficiently.
Pre-Sales Activities: Conduct initial discovery calls with qualified leads to understand client needs and assess project fit. These are leads who have already shown interest in our services.
Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identify, research, and cultivate potential clients through various channels including networking, referrals, and market research. This is how we have been growing.
Proposal Coordination: Manage the proposal process including sending NDAs, coordinating proposal development, and following up on submissions
Client Communication: Prepare and send quotations, contracts, and project documentation to prospective and existing clients
Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with prospects throughout the sales pipeline to ensure timely conversion
Coordination with accountant for providing certain information.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Sales Acumen: Natural ability to identify opportunities and close deals
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relationship Building: Talent for developing and maintaining professional relationships
Process Oriented: Strong organizational skills with focus on efficiency and accuracy
Adaptability: Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment

This position reports directly to the Agency Director/Owner and works closely with the creative and account management teams.
