Are you a digital growth leader with a passion for fashion and a proven track record in scaling D2C brands?

Head of E-commerce

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute a robust D2C e-commerce growth strategy
Own and optimize the brand website—across UI/UX, speed, mobile, and overall conversion
Drive key performance metrics like CVR, AOV, CAC, ROAS, and retention
Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management for the e-commerce vertical
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, tech, marketing, and operations teams
Oversee the integration of marketing, CRM, inventory, and analytics tools
Generate detailed business performance reports with actionable insights
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing e-commerce/digital team

What You Bring:

7–8 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the fashion/lifestyle space
Proven success in scaling
D2C sales via owned websites
(not just marketplaces)
Expertise in platforms/tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager
In-depth knowledge of customer journey, funnel optimization, and campaign execution
Strong leadership skills and experience managing P&L and business strategy

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience with fashion platforms like
Myntra, Tata Cliq, Ajio
Ability to blend brand storytelling with performance marketing
Team-building and leadership abilities in a fast-paced digital environment
