You will be responsible for growing the Data Center solutions business with a One Schneider Electric approach, emphasizing Ecostruxure across multiple business units. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing OpEx models for Software Offers such as Data Center Infrastructure Management & Cooling Optimize. - Acting as a subject matter expert, speaker, and spokesperson for data center infrastructure at various conferences, seminars, and webinars. For instance, you will be a guest speaker at ISHRAE Bangalore for High Density Cooling. - Contributing to the IGBC Green Data Center technical committee for the IGBC Green Data Center rating system. - Leading from the front to resolve critical customer satisfaction issues and service escalations, ensuring a Customer First mindset. In addition to the above, you will need to possess the following qualifications: - Consistent track record of achieving 20%+ YoY growth in Data Center Solutions business. - Experience in developing pre-packaged solutions for Small Data Center targeted at Mid-Market customers. - Knowledge and expertise in developing edge computing offers, for example, Coolrack for the Indian market. - Proven success in closing Marqui orders in high temperature InRow cooling at Juniper & Brocade Systems. - Experience in deploying highly efficient Data Centers, such as achieving a PUE<1.25 for Infosys in India using Rear Door Heat Exchangers (RDHx).
