Job Description

We Have An Urgent Opening For Head Chef At Jammu

Role & Responsibilities

Kitchen Operations Management
Have good exposure to pastry chef
Oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Manage and monitor food preparation processes to maintain quality and consistency.
Develop and implement modern and trending menu items aligned with the restaurants concept.
Team & Staffing Management
Lead and mentor the culinary team, including cooks, helpers, and kitchen staff.
Manage shift schedules, workload allocation, and staff discipline.
Conduct training sessions to upgrade team skills and maintain high performance.
Create and update menus with focus on modern, trending, and customer-preferred cuisines.
Strong exposure to Asian, Continental, Chinese, and modern fusion dishes.
Creative mindset with strong knowledge of current food trends.
Experience in managing medium-to-large kitchen teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preference will be given to candidates from elite cafs or modern restaurants
