About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and technically sound Oracle HCM Technical Consultant (Cloud) to join a high-priority project. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting technical components and reporting tools across various Oracle HCM Cloud modules. This is a mission-critical role demanding deep expertise, timely delivery, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize reports using OTBI and BI Publisher in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Perform technical analysis and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle HCM applications.
• Manage integrations and data flows between Oracle HCM and third-party systems.
• Ensure performance tuning, code optimization, and adherence to best practices.
• Prepare technical design documents, testing plans, and support documentation.
• Provide post-production support and enhancements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,300,000.00 per year
