Key Responsibilities

• Design & Implementation:

  Create and deploy network infrastructure, including both LAN and WLAN, to meet client requirements.

• Configuration & Management:

  Install, configure, and maintain network hardware such as wireless controllers, access points, routers, and switches.

• Troubleshooting:

  Diagnose and resolve complex issues within the wireless infrastructure, utilizing deep knowledge of network protocols and tools.

• Security:

  Implement and maintain network security measures, including wireless security protocols and Network Access Control (NAC) tools.

• Monitoring & Maintenance:

  Conduct regular network monitoring, preventative maintenance, and performance analysis to ensure optimal operation.

• Documentation:

  Maintain accurate network documentation, including topology diagrams, configuration files, and operational procedures.

• Root Cause Analysis

  (RCA):

  Lead RCA efforts for critical network incidents and implement proactive solutions.

• Client Support:

  Act as a point of escalation for network-related issues and provide ongoing support.

Required Skills & Experience

• Wireless Expertise

  : Proficiency with Wi-Fi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax).

• Hardware Platforms

  : Hands-on experience with networking equipment, especially from vendors like Cisco or Aruba.

• Network Protocols

  : Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and security protocols (SSL/TLS, IPsec).

• Security Tools

  : Familiarity with security tools such as Aruba ClearPass.

• Troubleshooting Skills

  : Ability to perform deep-dive troubleshooting, including packet capture, using tools like Wireshark.

• Documentation

  : Skill in creating and maintaining network diagrams, configuration files, and process documentation.

• Problem-Solving

  : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve critical business issues independently
