HC & Insurance Operations Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for: - Reading and understanding the process documents provided by the customer. - Analyzing the insurance requests received from the customer and processing them according to standard operating procedures. - Staying updated on new policies, processes, and procedures. - Familiarizing yourself with and navigating multiple client applications to capture necessary information for processing customer requests. - Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs. - Organizing and completing tasks based on assigned priorities. Requirements for this role: - Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience. - Good analytical skills. - Basic insurance knowledge. - Excellent communication skills. - Typing speed of at least 21 words per minute. - Willingness to work in complete night shifts. - Flexibility and adaptability to different situations. - Ability to provide support to the team during crisis periods. - Willingness to relocate as per business requirements. - Confidence, aggressiveness, and result-oriented approach. Preferences: - Effective communication skills (oral/written) to exchange information with clients. - Graduation in any field with English as a compulsory subject. Please note that the required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday from 6.00 PM to 4.00 AM IST. Shift timings may be subject to change based on client requirements. Additionally, overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.,
