Hardware Project Manager

As an Engineering Program Manager at Capgemini, you will lead and manage complex development programs across cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Support teams to define and execute program plans. - Preparing detailed schedules and budgets, and managing them proactively. - Conducting regular program reviews and presenting accurate status updates to senior management. - Identifying risks early and implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely and quality delivery. - Ensuring adherence to Cisco/ISO/TL9000 processes throughout the program lifecycle. - Managing budgets accurately and ensuring cost-effective execution. - Operating independently and driving programs with minimal supervision. Qualifications required for this role: - 12-15 years of experience in engineering program management. - Educational background in BE/ MTech/ PhD in Electronics, Computer Science, or Information Science. - Strong experience in managing product development programs (Service provider field experience not applicable). - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex programs. - Excellent planning, budgeting, and risk management skills. - Familiarity with Cisco/ISO/TL9000 processes. - Comfortable working onsite (no remote option). - Candidates with up to 1 month notice period are acceptable.
