Job description:

We are looking for a System Administrator, or SysAdmin, responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and reliable operation of an organization's computer systems, servers, networks, and IT infrastructure. Key duties include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, managing user accounts and permissions, performing regular security monitoring and implementing security measures, conducting data backups, and providing technical support to employees.

For Bus / Train Route - GET DOWN AT ERNAKULAM TOWN OR SOUTH RAILWAY STATION.

OUR OFFICE IS 5 & 1 KM RESPECTIVELY ( or ) GET DOWN AT RAVIPURAM BUS STOP.

Core Responsibilities - Knowledge in "Cisco dialing"

System Setup & Configuration: Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, operating systems (like Windows, Linux, Mac), and network components.

Maintenance & Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance, analyze logs, and apply patches or updates to ensure systems are running efficiently and securely.

Technical Support: Provide end-user support, troubleshoot technical problems, and resolve issues for employees and other users of the IT systems.

Security Management: Implement and maintain security policies, manage user access, perform security tests, and protect against cyber threats.

Data Management: Perform regular data backups and manage user storage allocations to safeguard important data.

User Account Management: Create, modify, and delete user accounts, as well as manage their permissions and access rights within the network and systems.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and update logs.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Proficient in managing various operating systems, network protocols, and common hardware and software.

Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues quickly.

Security Awareness: Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and the ability to implement security measures effectively.

Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users and document system details.

Education: Typically requires a degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, along with relevant certifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
