Job Description

Job Requirements

Good Knowledge in using and setting up of different test equipment’s.
Knowledge of product validation and verification of hardware in field or lab environment.
Testing rack assembly and ITA panels, Arinc cables & BOB.
Knowledge of insulation testing cables.
Cables harness & PCB Soldering and debugging.
Understanding and reading drawings, schematics, blueprints, technical manuals and instructions.
Good Knowledge in using different types of crimping tools (DMC, ZIF, VPC, Molex and general tools etc).
Special skill for assembling RF connector cables and chips, micro controller & DSP soldering.
Analyzing and Debugging test defects in a timely fashion.
Circuit analyzing and debugging of different products (Assembled PCB Debugging /Component level debugging /Process level Debugging/PCB level debugging and Soldering level Debugging).
Analyzing and finding cause of defect and discussing with QC team and reducing the rejection boards ratio.
Design and implement test tools for review and verification processes.
Vendor co-ordination and issuing the work permit & explaining the drawing.
Procurement of components and maintaining the Lab consumables and inventory.
Knowledge of Kaizen, ESD’s, Lab 5s activities
Knowledge of MOC Handling, Hardware Testing & Cable harness.
Up keeping the Lab with Safe environment and maintaining ESD.
