Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To support development, validation, and testing of BMS, battery pack, and charger electronics.
The role involves schematic design, prototype bring-up, functional testing, and debugging. Support hardware schematic design, component selection, and PCB validation.
Perform bench-level testing, bring-up, and debugging of BMS, inverter, and charger boards.
To plan validation and root-cause analysis of hardware issues.
Conduct signal measurement, thermal profiling, and hardware qualification tests.
Coordinate with firmware and mechanical teams for system-level testing.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in automotive BMS and battery pack design, development, validation, and testing
Hands-on experience with
power and mixed-signal circuits
.
Familiarity with
DC/DC converters, MOSFET drivers, and current sensing
.
Proficiency with
oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DMMs, and thermal cameras
.
Understanding of
EV, ESS, or BMS architectures
.
