Hands-on Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications.
• Write 

  clean, maintainable, and efficient code

   and actively participate in coding.
• Develop 

  REST APIs

  , microservices, and scalable backend solutions using 

  Java and Spring Boot

  .
• Build dynamic and responsive front-end applications using 

  Angular

  .
• Conduct 

  code reviews

  , mentor junior developers, and ensure coding standards.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Required Skills:

• Strong 

  hands-on experience

   with 

  Java, Spring Boot, and Angular

  .
• Proficiency in 

  REST APIs, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases

   (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to lead a small team while contributing actively to coding tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to 

  AWS/Azure/GCP

   cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with 

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  .
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
