Primary Responsibility Prepares test plan, test strategy. Participates in the preparation of test conditions. Develops and tailors the test approach specific to each phase and/or functional area of the system/application. Responsible for the quality of testing deliverable. Publishes test reports/status. Manages the defect management process during the testing phase/effort. Manages the test team according to the schedule. Reviews the test cases created by test analysts, provide feedback or make changes where necessary. Analyzes requirements, coordinate with BA\u2019s / Subject Matter Experts. Identifies test conditions and / or creates test cases. Conducts and/or participates in peer reviews of test cases and test plans. Creates / Conditions test data for test execution. Executes manual / automation tests according to the Test Plans. Documents test results and report defects. Evaluates test results. Retest, validate and close applicable issue type as appropriate. Validates release notes. Submits daily status report. Identifies and reports risks. Manages day to day implementation of Global testing services - test process.
