Guest Service Associate - Front Office

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Maintain guest satisfaction and respond promptly to concerns

Front Desk Operations

• Process guest registration, room assignments, and key issuance
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and room allocations
• Coordinate with Housekeeping for room status updates
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages courteously
• Maintain accurate guest records and folios

Cashiering & Billing

• Post charges, process payments, and handle refunds
• Prepare guest bills and ensure correct billing
• Maintain cash float and submit daily cashier reports

Coordination & Administration

• Liaise with other departments for guest needs
• Follow hotel SOPs and safety/security procedures
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and professional appearance
• Ensure compliance with grooming and brand standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in Front Office/Guest Service
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
